We are fully committed to maintaining the highest hygiene and sanitation standards, in compliance with Alberta Health Services (AHS) regulations. Every step of our process is designed to ensure the cleanliness and safety of our space, staff, and guests.
Tool & Equipment Sanitation
We follow strict sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment used in our services:

Metal tools are washed with soap and water, then disinfected using PREempt CS20 and PREempt RTU, professional-grade, high-level disinfectants.

All sharps are immediately disposed of in proper medical-grade sharps containers after a single use, following AHS guidelines for safety and sanitation.

All porous or single-use items—including nail files, cotton, buffer blocks, wooden applicators, etc — are immediately disposed of after one use.

Hair brushes, facial tools, and other reusable items are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every client.
Service Area Cleanliness
Each treatment area is cleaned and prepared with the highest level of care:

Headspa stations are disinfected before and after every client.

Pedicure bowls and manicure tables are sanitized after each use with professional-grade disinfectants.

Jars of creams, lotions, and gels are never hand-dipped into; we use disposable tools to maintain product integrity.

Wax is never double-dipped to prevent contamination.

Estheticians wear appropriate PPE depending on the service, including gloves, masks, and other protective gear where required.

Used bedding is always replaced with freshly laundered sheets between clients.

Client slippers are laundered and steam sanitized after each use.

All rooms are regularly cleaned throughout the day.
Common Areas & Facilities
We maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the entire spa:

Bathrooms are sanitized multiple times daily.

Surface counters and high-touch areas are wiped down and disinfected frequently.

Glassware is properly handwashed and stored to provide clean, safe drinkware.

Accessible drinking water is replaced with a fresh supply every day.
