A Head Spa is a deeply relaxing treatment originally from Japan that focuses on scalp health, stress relief, and hair care. Using warm water flow, gentle massage, and nourishing products, it helps remove buildup, improve circulation, and create a calming, spa-like experience.
LA Laser & Spa is proud to be one of the first spas in Alberta to offer Head Spa treatments using professional machines — set in private themed rooms for individuals or duos.

Our headspa services are focused on scalp health, stress relief, and hair care. Each session is designed to help you unwind while nourishing your hair and scalp.
Here at LA Laser & Spa, we use salon-quality brands such as Wella, Amika, and Matrix for hair and scalp care. Professional brands, such as Medispa and ClearChoice products, are implemented in the Facials — ensuring both comfort and quality with each Head Spa.
Our Process
Head Spa (No Facial)
Our Head Spa treatments focuses mostly on scalp and hair health while providing deep relaxation. The treatment begins with a scalp treatment and scalp massage. We follow with a cleanse using shampoo, conditioner, and nourishing hair masks tailored to your hair type.
Throughout the process, your hair is combed through and rinsed for a thorough and calming experience. The treatment includes the signature Water Halo — a gentle stream of warm water paired with aromatherapy and your choice of essential oils. As you relax under the Halo, you'll also receive a comforting arm and hand massage.
We complete your session with a quick blow-dry, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
Head Spa with Facial
Our Head Spa with Facial combines luxurious scalp care with a complete facial treatment. Your experience begins with a scalp massage and scalp treatment, followed by a gentle cleanse using shampoo, conditioner, and personalized hair masks for your hair type.
Your facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, toner, a face mask, facial massage, and SPF protection, all designed to leave your skin radiant and refreshed.
Next, you’ll enjoy the Water Halo experience—a continuous flow of warm water paired with aromatherapy and your chosen essential oils—alongside a relaxing arm and hand massage.
The service wraps up with a quick blow-dry, so you leave feeling completely renewed—head to toe.
